Terms
Terms of use.
Last updated 25 September 2026
By signing in to NOCK or using its MCP server or paid routes, you agree to these terms. They are short because the promise is narrow: NOCK watches and warns, and its guard can only return your money to you.
01Information, not advice
Levels, alerts, positions and copy checks are readings of on-chain data from Nansen. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and Nansen's data can lag the chain by hours. Nothing NOCK shows is financial, investment or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours.
02The guard
- A guard is a contract you create and own. NOCK never holds your funds or your keys.
- NOCK's keeper can call one function, exit(), which sends the position back to its owner and nowhere else. You can revoke the keeper at any time.
- The guard contracts have been reviewed internally but not audited by an independent firm. Mainnet deposits are capped at 1,000 USDC per guard. Use only what you can afford to have at risk.
- The guard cannot beat an exploit that drains a vault in one transaction, and it depends on the vault paying out.
- A mainnet drill is a real exit: your deposit returns to your wallet, and you deposit again to keep guarding.
03Free use and paid calls
- Every account gets 50 Nansen credits a day across the site and the MCP. Limits may change.
- Paid calls cost $0.02 in USDC each, settled through Circle Gateway. A read that fails is not charged. A settled payment is final and not refunded.
- You are responsible for your agent's wallet and for what your agent pays.
04Fair use
- Keep your MCP keys secret. Anyone holding one acts as your account; revoke a key you no longer trust.
- Do not try to get around request limits, break the service, or use it to harass or accuse anyone.
- NOCK may suspend accounts or keys that do.
05No warranty
NOCK is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, NOCK is not liable for losses from using it or relying on it, including missed, late or wrong alerts, and its total liability is limited to what you paid NOCK in the 30 days before the claim.
06Changes and your data
These terms may change; the date above says when they last did. How NOCK handles your data is in the privacy notice.
