What NOCK keeps, and why.

Last updated 25 September 2026

NOCK needs very little about you: the wallets you sign in with, the ones you ask it to watch, and where to send alerts. No name, no email, no password, no tracking.

  1. 01What we store

    • The wallet addresses you sign in with, and when each was first and last used.
    • Wallets you add to watch, with the label you give them.
    • A session, stored only as a hash of the cookie your browser holds, for up to 30 days.
    • If you link Telegram, your Telegram chat ID, so alerts reach you.
    • The venues you follow, the alerts NOCK sent you, and the guard contracts you created through NOCK.
    • MCP keys, stored only as a hash; the key itself is shown to you once.
    • How many Nansen credits your account used each day, to apply the free allowance.
    • Short-lived copies of Nansen balance reads for your wallets, so a page reload does not spend credits again.
    • For paid calls: the paying wallet, the amount, the network and the transaction.
  2. 02What we do not store

    • Your name, email address or any password. Signing in is a signature from your wallet.
    • Private keys. NOCK never sees them and never asks for them.
    • Your IP address. Request limits are counted in memory and forgotten within a minute.
    • Analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session.
  3. 03Who else sees data

    • Nansen: the wallet and token addresses NOCK looks up, to read their on-chain activity.
    • Telegram: the alert messages sent to your chat.
    • Reown (WalletConnect): the wallet connection in your browser, under Reown's own terms.
    • Circle: the payment authorization when an agent pays per call.
    • Amazon Web Services: NOCK runs on AWS, and database backups are kept there, encrypted.
  4. 04On-chain data is public

Wallet balances, transfers and guard contracts are public on their blockchains. NOCK reads what anyone can read. It describes what wallets did, never who owns them.

  5. 05Keeping and deleting

NOCK keeps your data while your account exists. Delete it any time in Workspace: your wallets, watched wallets, keys, Telegram link, follows, alerts and guard records are removed at once. Credits already used stay in NOCK's usage count with no account attached. Backups roll off within 30 days. A guard contract stays on chain and stays yours.
